Robgoblins started with a lump of sculpey I turned into a strange little dinosaur and two weird guys and has morphed into an obsession with making one thousand little guys. The Robgoblins also pull from my end of school crafting of “minute mice” which were just bits of clay twisted and pulled into strange little mice that surrounded a strange self portrait as well as slugs I made when teaching kids classes to keep my hands busy. The studio I worked at could always tell when I had been there because there were weird swarms of mice and slugs. When I was working at an art store these were a hit.
