Six sculpted figurines of men in various seated and leaning poses, made of dark terra cotta clay, against an orange background.

Over the years I have been inspired by artists, movies, books, and most recently my fellow crafters and makers. Here are some of the cool people that keep me making new things, go check them out!!

Bill Making Stuff: Bill’s videos showed me how to convert my piles of dinosaur and animal toys into something new. His Gutterlands videos have helped me make my own texture paste goop for bases and terrain. https://youtube.com/@billmakingstuff?si=07pokqi_179sYY6R

Black Magic Craft: started me on the whole terrain building obsession and is the reason our basement is filled with half built pink foam projects. https://youtube.com/@blackmagiccraftofficial?si=H6oneChIWW5Te1dt

Charles Urbach: Charles has helped inspire both my wife and I to make more art and coached us on varying aspects of the business side of things. Our interactions are the highlight of many of our conventions. https://www.instagram.com/charlesurbachart/

Conjured Craft: Terran’s videos have inspire me to put more thought behind the things I make. https://youtube.com/@conjuredcraft?si=NR-ktibxYsrZiVt1

Lisa Sell: Her masks and sculpture have inspired to try out new mediums I would not have explored. The Apoxie Sculpt has been a game changer. https://www.facebook.com/p/Lisa-Sell-Artist-100062979144195/

Miscast: has shown me dozens of tricks and ideas for building my own terrain, miniatures, and games that has warped the way I approach the hobby. https://youtube.com/@miscast?si=qilw0QoAwy6PjTLH

Niche Crafts: The Gobland videos send me, I am obsessed. https://youtube.com/@nichecrafts?si=HEHPhi1kME7s0Ane

Table Cat Games: my friend is making cool games over on his website and has run some awesome games for me in the past! https://tablecatgames.com/

Tine Fieldling: Her goblins, Hopping Leg build challenge, and Hazelands setting have inspired many of my newer works and terrain building. https://youtube.com/@tine_fieldling?si=GkuBBeKpFGurgV5M

Tine also organized Art For Friends, which helps trans teens and I collaborated! https://tinefieldling.itch.io/art-for-friends

Totally Not Panicking: Matt and his game Sunrot have triggered a new way to build terrain and theme, altering parts of my Worldbuilding. The superglue trick with sand, baking soda, and dirt has been a game changer for adding a gritty surface to my monsters. Matt also runs Smashbash, an awesome yearly build challenge
